Meet the founders
Amanda Shulba
Amanda is a passionate and experienced Fitness Coach with over 23 years in the fitness industry. Growing up on a farm in Nova Scotia, Amanda developed a strong work ethic and lifelong appreciation for physical activity that shaped her approach to training. Her career began with Goodlife Fitness, where she inspired thousands of members through both Group Fitness and Personal Training. She later expanded her experience internationally working as a trainer in the Caribbean combining her love of fitness with a vibrant active lifestyle. Amanda believes fitness goes beyond physical strength; Its about building confidence, resilience, and overall well-being. Known for her supportive coaching style and ability to connect with people of all fitness levels, she is dedicated to helping clients and her community unlock their full potential and become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves.
Jeff Williams
Jeff is a retired Canadian Armed Forces Military Police Master Warrant Officer and spent 25 years serving his country where physical readiness and discipline were a vital part of daily life. His passion for fitness began as a teenager and grew through years of training, sport, and military service. During his military career, Jeff saw firsthand how fitness is the foundation for both professional duty and personal resilience. Now, he’s translated that lifetime of experience into a mission to help others. Known for his disciplined approach and supportive coaching style, Jeff now helps people of all ages build strength and become stronger, healthier, and more confident both inside and outside the gym.
